The Grand Dining Room is a tribute to the spirit of prestigious European 5-star hotel restaurants. Elegant and spacious, with rich wood decor, designer upholstery fabrics, and large chairs, the atmosphere conveys a classic splendor.
This restaurant offers a varied selection of continental dishes, and now incorporates a new tasting menu from the executive chef, providing even more exciting options and a wide range of global flavors. Menus change daily, with at least 10 options of starters, soups, salads, and main courses, as well as healthy options such as Aquamar Vitality Cuisine and an extensive variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, the most complete at sea.

tuscany
Tuscany means Tuscan, and just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes originated with the mothers and grandmothers of our own Italian culinary team. Presented on elegant custom Versace plates, the dishes, carefully prepared, capture the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italy's culinary passion.
The evening could begin with an octopus carpaccio with champagne vinaigrette or an artichoke and parmesan cheese timbale with black truffle sauce. Classic dishes from other regions of northern Italy are also highlighted, such as minestrone alla Genovese, lasagna al forno alla Bolognese, and osso buco alla Milanese.

polo GRILL
Polo Grill embodies all the elements of a classic steakhouse, expressing them with a timeless reverence. True to tradition, the decor includes white linen tablecloths, dark wood furniture, and high-backed flexible burgundy leather chairs.
Each dish represents the very definition of traditional favorites, especially highlighting beef cuts, all USDA Angus certified and aged for at least 40 days to enhance their tenderness and flavor. Succulent seafood dishes are also served, such as grilled swordfish and gratinated Maine lobster, which are classics in their own right. The Caesar salad, prepared according to tradition, is served at the table with great skill and taste.

You can dine indoors or outdoors, at one of the teak tables in the shade of the terrace. At night, the kitchen takes on a more sophisticated touch, with lobster tails, chops, and fresh fish prepared on the spot, as well as freshly hand-cut sushi and sashimi.
