Each gourmet restaurant serves a unique selection of dishes prepared to order, from continental cuisine in The Grand Dining Room and classic French cuisine in Jacques to vibrant Asian cuisine in Red Ginger and the favorites from the steakhouses in Polo Grill.
THE GRAND DINING ROOM
The Grand Dining Room, the crown jewel of Oceania Cruises' culinary world, invites guests to a relaxed dining experience in an atmosphere that rises to a level as high as the cuisine. Our flagship restaurant has always offered the exclusive delights of Jacques Pépin and a wide variety of delicious continental dishes, and now offers even more exciting options: Aquamar Vitality Cuisine and a broad range of international flavors. Menus change daily, and the new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu promises multiple dishes of the chef's most exquisite creations.

JACQUES
Named in honor of our founding Culinary Executive Director, Jacques Pépin, the restaurant Jacques is the epitome of French sophistication.
Each dish has been cleverly reinterpreted by Master Chef Pépin and features classic regional favorites such as coq au vin and duck confit, as well as cheese and wine selections that cover everything.
Only open for dinners.

POLO Grill
Discover a classic steakhouse bathed in richly layered decoration and warm tones. Each dish represents the very definition of traditional favorites, especially the USDA certified Angus beef aged for explosive flavors.
Seafood stands out such as the whole Maine lobster au gratin and specialties including grilled lamb ribs that will tempt your taste buds, while side dishes like au gratin potatoes, sautéed mushrooms with persillade, and a strong Caesar salad prepared at the table hold a place of pride.

TUSCANY
Tuscany means Tuscan, and just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes come from the mothers and grandmothers of our Italian culinary team. Presented on elegant custom-designed Versace porcelain, our masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italian culinary passion. Perhaps the evening begins with octopus carpaccio with champagne vinaigrette or an artichoke and parmesan timbale with black truffle sauce. Classic dishes from other northern Italian regions are also offered, such as Genoese minestrone, baked Bolognese lasagna, and Milanese ossobuco.

Surrounded by intricate wooden screens, vibrant floor lamps and upholstered chairs, you could be forgiven for thinking you have entered a picturesque Singaporean hotel from the last century.
Red Ginger is a pan-Asian marvel, where a mixture of Thai, Korean, Japanese and other Asian specialties effortlessly combines tradition and innovation. Discover the ritual of hand-rolled sushi introduced in the Edo period, the curry spice of Malay Penang beef and the layered flavors of miso-glazed sea bass wrapped in a hoba leaf.

At Aquamar Kitchen, the harmony of nutritious flavors, a bright and airy atmosphere that evokes an endless Mediterranean summer make this restaurant a unique place.
Breakfast selections prepared with care include cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies, avocado toast, banana pancakes and tasty omelets. For lunch, dozens of tempting and balanced dishes are offered, such as a hearty Lebanese bowl with beef kefta, falafel, muhammara, fattoush, eggplant caviar and pita bread; tuna tacos with white cabbage slaw; or even a crispy chicken sandwich on freshly baked whole wheat bread.

Waves Grill is a shaded poolside spot offering American-style made-to-order dishes from lunch well into the afternoon. Try the richness of a Wagyu burger with juicy tomatoes and a savory black truffle sauce. The seasoned fries are irresistible.
For dessert, try a milkshake or one of Humphry Slocombe's new whimsical ice cream flavors, like the delicious Secret Breakfast which combines bourbon and cornflake cookies.
The Pizzeria at Waves Grill
Every night, Waves Grill transforms into an authentic Neapolitan trattoria with the pizza oven at the center. Pizza creations feature delectable toppings ranging from black olives and woody truffles to spicy chorizo and tangy lemon chicken. Whatever your choice, your palate will enthusiastically approve.
