Gastronomy, acclaimed by our passengers

Gastronomy on board is one of the assets of our company. The meals are designed by Alain Bohn. Together with his team, he designs each menu in the purest tradition of French gastronomy, while highlighting the local tastes and flavors of the regions and countries through which it travels. Our wines are selected to accompany each of your meals.

The "true" all inclusive

Our cruises are offered on an all-inclusive basis on board, so you will benefit from full board throughout the cruise, with drinks included during meals and at the bar (except for the special drinks menu and the wine list); onboard entertainment; headphones during excursions and free Wi-Fi.

Excursions to choose from

We offer an optional excursion program to enhance each itinerary. They are carefully selected, accessible to everyone, and get as close as possible to the cultures and traditions of the world. Choose between the "Classic" package, which highlights the must-see places of the destination, combining culture, architecture, and history, and the "Dynamic" package, which offers unusual visits, tastings of local products, helicopter excursions, and many other experiences to discover.

Comfortable cabins

As soon as you board, you will be greeted by the crew, who will settle you in your cabin.

Our cabins are comfortable, functional, air-conditioned, and all have outside views, allowing you to fully enjoy the scenery. Some cabins have a French balcony or private terrace.

Our 5-star fleet ships offer additional comfort by providing more space in the cabins.

Common areas

The solarium, perfect for relaxing on a deck chair. On some ships there is a pool or jacuzzi
The lounge/bar is accessible at all times and is a pleasant meeting place where you can meet with friends, participate in entertainment, themed nights and shows.
The restaurant is open for buffet breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner, served in a single service, at a fixed time.
A shop offers a wide range of generic products and a selection of souvenirs specific to the route taken, as well as postcards that we will send for you.

What foods and drinks are included?

  • Buffet-style breakfast and three-course meals with French/European cuisine.

  • Drinks (water, juice, tea, coffee, house wine, and beer) are included during meals; some outings offer an open bar between April and October.

What is the dress code?

During the day informal clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. For gala dinners or cocktails it is advised to dress up more, although formal suit is not mandatory

Can I bring pets on board?

Pets are not accepted on board CroisiEurope ships for health, allergy, and legislative reasons

What languages are spoken on board?

French and English are the official languages. German, Italian, and Spanish are also spoken depending on the crew and nationality of passengers.

Are excursions offered? When should they be booked and which ones should be chosen?

Yes. There are optional "classic" or "dynamic" (more active) excursions. They can be booked when reserving the cruise or onboard.

What is the minimum or standard age for minors?

  • Reservations made by minors are not accepted; minors travel only if accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • On river cruises, there is no minimum age, except on itineraries along the Mekong, Ganges, Nile, or southern Africa, where a minimum age of 7 years is required.

  • For long-distance itineraries, it is recommended to carry permission if minors are traveling.

Is onboard Wi-Fi connection included?

Yes. CroisiEurope offers free Wi-Fi on all its river ships except on long distance ones.
