How is SeaDream different from a traditional cruise?

SeaDream offers an intimate experience on twin yachts with only 56 cabins and a maximum capacity of approximately 112 passengers, personalized service almost as if you were on your private yacht. The crew exceeds a ratio of almost 1:1.2 compared to the number of guests.

What does the "all inclusive" rate include?

Includes all gourmet meals, non-alcoholic beverages and standard alcoholic beverages (house wines and champagne), minibar, use of the gym and sauna, water sports equipment, tips, and even Balinese beds under the stars. What is not included: Wi-Fi internet, shore excursions, spa treatments, and transfers

What is the dress code on board?

The environment is elegant casual ("casual elegance"). During the day, attire is "country-club casual." In the evening, elegant clothing is expected: for men, pants and a collared shirt; for women, dress, skirt or blouse with pants. Ripped jeans, t-shirts, swimwear or flip-flops are not allowed at dinners.

How does dining work?

All meals are included and are prepared "to order" with fresh ingredients. Breakfast and lunch are served outdoors whenever the weather permits, and there is also 24-hour service of "Small Bites" and coffee for early risers

Can I request special menus or diets?

Yes, SeaDream can accommodate specific diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) as long as they are notified when booking.

What medical services are available on board?

There is a small medical center with a doctor on board, with limited care for emergencies or unexpected ailments. Continuous treatments or specific medications are not offered; it is recommended to bring your medication and medical documentation. Charges for medical care are billed separately.

Does the mobile phone work on board?

There is no guaranteed mobile coverage, although it is possible to get a signal near the coast. Usage depends on the relative position to land towers. It is recommended to contact the operator to know roaming rates.

Are there tips? How do they work?

Tips are included in the fare. It is not necessary to give an additional tip, although guests may do so voluntarily. SeaDream collects the tips and redistributes them to the staff globally

What activities and entertainment are offered?

On board you will find a spa (the only certified Thai spa at sea), sauna, Turkish bath, gym, lounge with library, open-air cinema, casino, shop and piano bar. There is also a retractable marina with kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, etc., available at no additional cost.

What advantages does being a member of the SeaDream Club have?
