THE GRAND DINING ROOM
The Grand Dining Room evokes the atmosphere of the finest and most elegant restaurants in the world.
Although the herb-roasted chicken by our Executive Culinary Director Jacques Pépin is legendary, a cornucopia of other exotic flavors also awaits you. Tender Tournedos Rossini with decadent foie gras and truffle sauce.
Buttery salmon tartare with lemon sushi rice. An incredibly rich lobster bisque soup with silky notes of Armagnac cream.

JACQUES
Exquisitely decorated with inherited antiques, distressed wooden furniture, and artworks from Jacques Pépin's personal collection, Jacques was inspired by a Parisian bistro. Comfortable and eclectic, the atmosphere is purely French, as is the cosmopolitan cuisine, yet deliciously cozy at the same time. Exquisite aromas emanate from the gleaming rotisserie, where roasted chicken, duck, pork, beef, and veal turn slowly. Each dish is a classic, ingeniously reinterpreted by chef Pépin.
The rotisserie roasted chicken falls off the bone, bursting with flavor, while its sea bass fillet pairs exquisitely with beurre blanc.

POLO GRill
Discover a classic steakhouse bathed in richly layered decor and warm tones. Each dish represents the very definition of traditional favorites, especially the USDA certified Angus beef aged for explosive flavors.
Seafood stands out such as the whole Maine lobster au gratin and specialties including grilled lamb rack that will tempt your taste buds, while sides like au gratin potatoes, sautéed mushrooms with persillade, and a strong Caesar salad prepared at the table take a place of pride.

TOSCANA
Toscana means Tuscan, and just as Tuscan cuisine evolved from rich family traditions, many of our recipes come from the mothers and grandmothers of our Italian culinary team. Presented on elegant custom-designed Versace porcelain, our masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italian culinary passion. Perhaps the evening begins with octopus carpaccio with champagne vinaigrette or an artichoke and Parmesan timbale with black truffle sauce.
Classic dishes from other regions of northern Italy are also offered, such as Genovese minestrone, baked Bolognese lasagna, and Milanese ossobuco.

With a nod to feng shui, Red Ginger radiates harmony and tranquility. The interior shines with ebony woods, ruby red leathers, and striking modern Asian artworks. To complement the impressive décor, the chefs at Red Ginger have created contemporary interpretations of Asian classics.
Start with a spicy roasted duck and watermelon salad with cashews, mint, and Thai basil. Savor a Malaysian beef penaeng with coconut rice and paratha roti. Or try the Thai vegetable curry with sweet potatoes, eggplant, mushrooms, and basil in green curry sauce. At Red Ginger, gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.

Privée is our intimate space for unforgettable wine experiences by La Reserve. Guests can choose between two distinctive and unique multi-course pairing dinners. Each is a sublime celebration of the finer things in life and limited to eight privileged diners per night.
Savor the only authentic Dom Pérignon Experience that combines special vintages of Champagne with carefully crafted dishes or perhaps enjoy the exquisitely curated Odyssey Menu, which is a taste journey for the senses.

LA RESERVE
Wine is as essential to a great meal as the meal itself, as it complements every bite, enhancing the flavors of the dish and elevating it to epic levels. In our La Reserve experiences, wine and champagne are the protagonists. The dishes are created for the wine, not the other way around. One of our most coveted reservations is the Dom Pérignon Experience, which combines three of the house's best recent vintages with six exquisite dishes. La Cuisine Bourgeoise by Jacques Pépin and the Odyssey Menu are two other wine and culinary delights awaiting you with a reservation at La Reserve.

With a cozy and pleasant dining room and a shaded terrace, Terrace Café is the perfect place to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner while admiring the views.
At breakfast, enjoy the aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls and fluffy made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and waffles.
During lunch, try international dishes full of flavor along with juicy rotisserie-seasoned meats and grilled seafood.
At night, the decadence of a grilled lobster tail, the simple American essence of a sweet and barbecue pork chop with crispy applewood-smoked bacon, and fresh hand-cut sushi and sashimi are among the many options that will make Terrace Café a favorite.
