Oceanía Vista offers a renewed perspective of The Best Cuisine on the High Seas® and reaches new heights of creativity and diversity with an amazing variety of dining options ranging from casual to the most extravagant. In addition to the classic favorites that guests love, Oceania Vista offers three new spaces to enjoy a treat.
THE GRAND DINING ROOM
The Grand Dining Room is the crown jewel of the culinary world of Oceania Cruises. Here, guests will enjoy a relaxed dining experience in a magnificent and inspiring space, whose atmosphere is raised to the same level as the cuisine. This exclusive dining experience has always offered a great variety of delicious continental dishes, and now a new and fresh range of options offers even more exciting possibilities.
Each day a wide range of options is presented, from Jacques Pépin classics to an incredible range of international flavors and a new Executive Chef's Tasting Menu. The menus change daily with a wide selection of at least 10 appetizers, soups, and salads, and 10 main courses, as well as healthy options like Aquamar's Vitality Cuisine.

JACQUES
Named in honor of our founding Executive Culinary Director, Jacques Pépin, the restaurant Jacques is the epitome of French sophistication.
Each dish has been cleverly reinterpreted by Master Chef Pépin and features classic regional favorites such as coq au vin and duck confit, as well as cheese and wine selections that cover it all.

POLO GRill
Polo Grill delights its diners with the ultimate experience of a classic steakhouse, presented with timeless reverence. A richly layered decor and an abundance of custom woodwork create an imaginative interpretation of tradition, with impeccably white linen tablecloths, while a team of waiters in black jackets sets the tone for a luxurious evening.
Each dish represents the very definition of timeless classics, particularly the beef dishes, all USDA Angus certified and aged for a minimum of 40 days to enhance tenderness and flavor. The succulent seafood dishes, such as grilled swordfish and whole gratin Maine lobster, are also classics in their own right.

TUSCANY
Tuscany presents an evolution of Tuscan cuisine in an authentically Italian atmosphere with exquisite Chianina leather, hand-blown Venetian glass, and Carrara marble. Evolved from generational family traditions, many of our recipes come from the mothers and grandmothers of our Italian culinary team. Presented on elegant custom-designed Versace porcelain, our masterfully prepared dishes exemplify the essence of Tuscany and celebrate Italian culinary passion.
Perhaps the evening begins with an octopus carpaccio with champagne vinaigrette or an artichoke and parmesan timbale with black truffle sauce, followed by classic dishes such as handmade gnocchi with pesto, a succulent risotto with lobster medallions and shallots, or a grilled sea bass fillet with a touch of Sorrento lemon, chardonnay, and capers.

red ginger
Red Ginger combines harmony and boldness with an exquisite pan-Asian cuisine Thai, Korean, Japanese and Malay, offering spicy, sweet, salty and comforting flavors for all tastes.
Start with a spicy duck and watermelon salad with cashews, Thai mint and basil. Delight in chicken shio ramen noodles with tofu, shiitake mushrooms and bok choy, or choose a rack of lamb with a seven-spice crust and fresh lamb juice with wasabi.
At Red Ginger, the gustatory pleasures are as striking as the visual ones.

Privée is our intimate space for unforgettable wine experiences by La Reserve. Guests can choose between two distinctive and unique multi-course wine pairing dinners. Each is a sublime celebration of the finer things in life and limited to eight privileged diners per night.

At breakfast, enjoy the aroma of freshly baked cinnamon rolls and fluffy made-to-order omelets, pancakes, and waffles.
During lunch, try international dishes full of flavor along with juicy rotisserie-seasoned meats and grilled seafood.
At night, the decadence of a grilled lobster tail, the simple American essence of a sweet and barbecue pork chop with apple wood-smoked crispy bacon, and fresh hand-cut sushi and sashimi are among the many options that will make Terrace Café a favorite.

At Aquamar Kitchen, the harmony of nutritious flavors, a bright and airy atmosphere that evokes an endless Mediterranean summer make this restaurant a unique place.
The breakfast selections carefully prepared include cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies, avocado toast, banana pancakes and tasty omelets. For lunch, dozens of tempting and balanced dishes are offered, such as a hearty Lebanese bowl with beef kefta, falafel, muhammara, fattoush, eggplant caviar and pita bread; tuna tacos with white cabbage salad; or even a crispy chicken sandwich on freshly baked whole wheat bread.

The Pizzeria at Waves Grill
Each evening, Waves Grill transforms into an authentic Neapolitan trattoria with the pizza oven at its heart. Ember offers a gastronomic experience that reinvents American classics with a modern touch.
Its varied menu uses fresh and seasonal ingredients, prepared by a distinguished culinary team at sea. The atmosphere evokes the warmth and naturalness of a family tasting room in Sonoma.
Among its dishes stand out the blackened crab cake with corn sauce, the bone-in ribeye with porcini and foie gras and truffle demi-glace, and for dessert, the roasted apple tart with Humphry Slocombe summer sweet corn ice cream. With elegant service and attention to every detail, Ember celebrates the simple pleasure of good cuisine.

The Sparkling Bar - This new event will take place on selected nights in the elegant Baristas area. It is a light and interactive concept that invites you to customize your own drink and be creative while doing so. Our bar staff will be there to assist you every step of the way and there will be a wide variety of drinks to choose from, including sparkling wines, champagne, prosecco, and liquors, as well as a delicious variety of homemade syrups and purees, plus very diverse drink garnishes.
The popularity of the Bloody Mary - has skyrocketed in recent years. Many are thinking beyond the classic recipe, which inspired us to create our own unique experience. This event will take place during lunch at Terrace Café, featuring a beautifully vibrant and colorful display of vegetables, ingredients, and unique garnishes such as spicy shrimp, stuffed olives, and crispy bacon. There will be several custom-made options to choose from, like the Italian Mary made with grappa and an Italian skewer, or the Ave Caesar prepared with Clamato juice — plus the option to create one entirely to your taste.

Equipped with the right tools to prepare cocktails, you will make delicious Brugal rum cocktails with tea while learning how tea has influenced mixology since the 17th century. Enriching and fun, you will learn cocktail-making skills that you can take home to impress family and friends. Rum and tea cocktails will also be available at select bars onboard.
Brugal 1888 and Ice Cream Masterclass - In a sweet twist, we’re excited to offer the Brugal 1888 and Ice Cream Masterclass. You’ll learn to create delicious cocktails inspired by Brugal 1888 rum and ice cream, such as the famous coffee affogato, a refreshing take on the Spritz, and a caramel popcorn milkshake that will delight your senses. Guided by your onboard mixologist and pastry chef, you’ll not only learn how to make cocktails but also how to craft the various types of ice cream used in them.
