Although the rotisserie chicken with herbs by our Executive Culinary Director Jacques Pépin is legendary, a cornucopia of other exotic flavors also awaits you. Tender Tournedos Rossini with decadent foie gras and truffle sauce.

Buttery salmon tartare with lemon sushi rice. An incredibly rich lobster bisque soup with silky notes of Armagnac cream.

    Named in honor of our founding Executive Culinary Director, Jacques Pépin, the Jacques restaurant is the epitome of French sophistication.

    Each dish has been ingeniously reinterpreted by Master Chef Pépin and features classic regional favorites such as coq au vin and duck confit, as well as all-encompassing cheese and wine selections.

      Discover a classic steakhouse bathed in richly layered decoration and warm tones. Each dish represents the very definition of traditional favorites, especially USDA certified Angus beef aged for explosive flavors.

      Seafood stands out such as the whole Maine lobster au gratin and specialties including grilled rack of lamb that will tempt your taste buds, while sides like au gratin potatoes, sautéed mushrooms with persillade, and a strong Caesar salad prepared tableside take a place of pride.

                During lunch, try international dishes full of flavor along with juicy rotisserie-seasoned meats and grilled seafood.

                In the evening, the decadence of a grilled lobster tail, the simple American essence of a sweet and barbecue pork chop with crispy applewood-smoked bacon, and fresh hand-cut sushi and sashimi are among the many options that will make Terrace Café a favorite.

                  The breakfast selections prepared with care include cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies, avocado toast, banana pancakes, and savory omelets. For lunch, dozens of tempting and balanced dishes are offered, such as a hearty Lebanese bowl with beef kefta, falafel, muhammara, fattoush, eggplant caviar, and pita bread; tuna tacos with white cabbage salad; or even a crispy chicken sandwich on freshly baked whole wheat bread.

                    The Bubbly Bar - This new event will take place on selected nights in the elegant Baristas area. It is a light and interactive concept that invites you to customize your own drink and be creative while doing so. Our bar staff will be there to assist you every step of the way and there will be a wide variety of drinks to choose from, including sparkling wines, champagne, prosecco, and liquors, as well as a delicious variety of homemade syrups and purees, plus very diverse drink garnishes.

                    The Ultimate Bloody Mary Bar - The popularity of the Bloody Mary has soared in recent years. Many are thinking beyond the classic recipe and this inspired us to create our own unique experience. This event will take place during lunch at Terrace Café with a beautifully vibrant and colorful display of vegetables, ingredients, and unique garnishes such as spicy shrimp, stuffed olives, and dry bacon. There will be several custom-made options to choose from, such as the Italian Mary made with grappa and Italian skewer or the Ave Caesar prepared with Clamato juice, in addition to the possibility of creating one entirely to your liking.

Enriching and fun, you will learn cocktail-making skills that you can take home to impress family and friends. Rum and tea cocktails will also be available at select bars on board.

                    Brugal 1888 and Ice Cream Masterclass - In a sweet twist, we are excited to offer you the Brugal 1888 and Ice Cream Masterclass. You will learn to prepare delicious Brugal 1888 rum cocktails inspired by ice cream, such as the famous coffee affogato, a refreshing version of the Spritz, and a caramel popcorn milkshake that will delight your senses. Guided by your mixologist and dessert chef on board, you will learn not only how to prepare cocktails but also how to make the various types of ice cream used in them.
