• It is MANDATORY to attach a copy of the passengers' passports at the time of booking confirmation and to provide a mobile contact phone number per passenger, this being the one operational during the trip to notify the passenger of possible incidents and/or emergencies.
• Documentation: mandatory passport with at least 6 months of validity after the date of the return flight. Each passenger will be responsible for issuing all necessary documentation (visas and health documents that are necessary) according to their nationality. In no case will Mundomar Cruceros be responsible for the issuance of visas or necessary documentation. For visas consult your travel agency or at: https://visados.org/
• Entry into the United States: Passengers with nationality of countries included in the Visa Waiver Program, including Spain and most of the countries of the Schengen area, must have an electronic travel authorization ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) aprobada antes del embarque. • The indicated price ONLY includes round-trip flights. Air taxes subject to change at the time of issuance.
• Flight information: Flights will be in economy class. Schedules, itinerary or airline may change for reasons beyond the organization's control, such as weather conditions, international conflicts, volcanic activity, strikes or other operational factors.
Airport taxes (455€ included in the price) are subject to change at the time of issuance. Possibility of requesting connecting flights from other cities and air class upgrades. Check availability and applicable supplements.
Baggage included in economy class: 1 checked bag up to 23kg of 158cm in total (height width length) and carry-on baggage up to 10kg (personal accessory such as a small bag or backpack of approx. 40×30×15cm cabin suitcase of 56×40×25cm including handles, pockets and wheels).
Any special needs related to flights (airport assistance, medical equipment, dietary requirements or any other particular circumstance) must be communicated at the time of booking, in order to request it from the airline, always being subject to acceptance and availability by the same.
• Mundomar Cruceros is not responsible for modifications, cancellations or incidents that may affect the contracted services (cruise, flights or other included services), when these are a consequence of causes beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions, operational decisions of airlines or shipping companies, government restrictions, port or airport closures, or any other circumstance of force majeure. In these cases, services not enjoyed may be subject to the conditions established by each provider. We recommend taking out travel insurance that includes coverage for cancellation, trip interruption, delays and services not enjoyed. Mundomar Cruceros undertakes to provide the maximum possible assistance and to manage the available alternatives in the event of any incident that may occur. • Right of Admission and Rules of Conduct in the contracted services: Mundomar Cruceros and the operating companies reserve the right of admission and permanence. Participation may be denied or expelled from the activity, without the right to a refund, to any person whose behavior is violent, aggressive, insulting, alters the normal development of the excursion or endangers the safety of the group, the staff or themselves.
• In compliance with current regulations on data protection, we inform you that during your cruise/trip with Mundomar Cruceros, images and videos could be taken for promotional purposes, which may be used on our website, social networks and other commercial communication media. If you do not want your image to be treated for these purposes, you can exercise your right of opposition by sending an email to rgpd@mundomarcruceros.com before the start of the trip/cruise.
